職務概要 本ポジションは、国内のステークホルダーからビジネス要件を収集して技術仕様に落とし込み、SAP S/4HANA環境の安定運用と継続的な機能改善を推進する役割を担います。 日本のビジネスユーザーとグローバルIT・開発チームを繋ぐ重要なコミュニケーションハブ（架け橋）として機能し、円滑なシステム利用と迅速なインシデント解決を実現します。 担当業務 ● 要件定義およびビジネス分析: 複数のステークホルダーから複雑なビジネス要件を収集し、大まかな情報を詳細な機能要件へと分解します。プロセスマッピング、ギャップ分析、影響分析、およびビジネスプロセス変換（変革）を実施します。 ● ITリエゾンおよびステークホルダーマネジメント: ローカルのキーユーザーと、グローバルITチームや外部開発ベンダーとの間の主要なリージョン窓口として機能します。合意されたビジネスシステム機能がグローバル基準に適合し、適切に実装・維持されるよう調整を行います。 ● インシデント管理およびユーザーサポート: SAP SDおよびS/4HANA Sales（販売管理）に関連する日々のインシデントや随時の問い合わせを調査・解決し、緊急事態やコンプライアンス関連の問題に迅速に対処します。 ● システム管理および定常運用: SAPおよびJSM（Jira Service Management）における日常的なシステム管理タスク（ユーザーアカウント管理、アクセス権限の設定、組織変更や退職に伴う承認者・共有者の変更など、ワークフローに関わる基本的なシステムメンテナンス・定型業務）を実行します。 ● プロジェクトライフサイクルにおける成果物管理: 設計セッションの主導、テスト用ビジネスシナリオの構築、テスト計画のレビュー、適切なエンドユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の実施、およびソリューションに必要な安定化プランの実行など、プロジェクトライフサイクルを通じたBA成果物に責任を持ちます。 必要条件 ● 【必須（Must）】 ビジネスアナリスト（BA）または関連する技術職としての5年以上の実務経験。 ● 【必須（Must）】 事業会社の社内IT部門におけるテクニカルBAとしての3〜5年の経験。 ● 【必須（Must）】 SAP SD（販売管理）モジュールに関する3年以上の実務経験（コンフィグレーション、ユーザーサポート、トラブルシューティングの深い知識）。 ● 【必須（Must）】
