Date Posted:2025-11-26 Country: Japan Location: Chubu Branch Office: Nagoya Panasonic Building, 1-23-30 Izumi, Higashi-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi, 461-0001 JAPAN オーチスで働きませんか？オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 エレベーター、エスカレーター等昇降機の新設・改修工事の施工管理業務に携わって頂きます。具体的には、工事工程管理、協力会社管理監督・施工・搬入計画、施工中の安全管理・進捗管理、引き渡し等、ビルの建設スケジュールに合わせて工事計画を進めて頂きます。限られた工期の中で、円滑に業務を遂行頂く為、営業・発注元・協力会社等多くの方と関わり、コミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進める事が重要となります。 ◆仕事の流れ ￣￣ ▽事前打ち合わせ（着工2ヵ月前） お客さまと、設置・組立工事の内容や工程などに関して事前打ち合わせを行います。 ▽工事手配（着工1ヵ月前） フィールドパートナー(据付業者)と現場打ち合わせや必要機材を手配します。 ▽着工～ 現場が動き出したら、担当現場を回って進捗等を管理。案件の規模によっては、現場に常駐する場合もあります。 ▽引き渡し お客さまへの引き渡し前に、製品が正常に動くか、誤作動を起こさないか、最終チェックを実施。お客様に安心で安全な商品を提供いたします。 ※事前打ち合わせから引き渡しまで、おおむね3～4ヵ月ほどです。 ◆働きやすさの理由 ◇直行直帰可能 現場への直行直帰が可能です。どの現場をどのように回るかスケジュールを自分で決められるため、自由度の高い働き方が叶います。 ◆スキルアップしやすい環境 ￣￣
