コンサルタント（金融リスク 職務概要 弊社ソフトウェアを用いたIFRS9 ECLやその他リスク管理（ALM、流動性リスク、信用リスク、IRRBB、SACCR、自己資本規制など）のソリューション導入プロジェクトに参加し、クライアント要件を満たし、プロジェクトの成功に貢献していただきます。 職務内容 IFRS9 ECLやその他リスク管理ソリューション導入プロジェクトに参加し、クライアント要件を満たす。 定義されたソリューションをFIS製品で実装し、品質と効率を確保。 クライアントやステークホルダーの期待を管理し、プロジェクト目標を達成。 他国・地域のメンバー、製品チーム、オフショア開発センター、パートナーと協力し、チームとしてプロジェクトを遂行。 プロジェクトやソリューション／製品に関する問題をタイムリーにエスカレーション。 必要に応じてプリセールスサポートを担当。 その他関連業務。 地方都市の金融機関へ出張の可能性あり。 応募資格 3年以上のソリューションベンダーまたはコンサルティング企業でのクライアントプロジェクトデリバリー経験（金融・リスク管理ソリューションに特化）。 関連資格保持者（例：FRM）は尚可。 日本語がネイティブかつ英語が流暢であること。 アプリケーション開発や関連技術（SQLやスクリプトなど）に関する高度な知識。 技術・非技術の様々なレベルのオーディエンスに対応できる優れたクライアント対応力とコミュニケーション能力。 優れた分析力、問題解決能力、対人スキル、チームワーク、タイムマネジメント能力。 定量的な検証スキル（金融モデル出力の再計算、感度チェック、規制・社内基準との整合性確認など）。 明確で構造化された成果物（要件定義、機能／技術設計ドキュメントなど）を作成できるドキュメントスキル。 モデルの前提、意思決定理由、実装ギャップなどを簡潔かつ専門的に説明できる強力なコミュニケーション能力。 As the world works and lives faster, FIS is leading the way.
