ポジション概要 ERMでは、インフラ、産業施設、工場、物流施設、商業施設、データセンター等を対象としたTechnical Due Diligence（技術デューデリジェンス）業務を支援するコンサルタントを募集しています。投資家、金融機関、事業会社、デベロッパー向けに施設・設備・建築に関する技術リスク評価を行い、投資判断や事業計画策定を支援します。 主な業務内容 Technical Due Diligence（TDD）プロジェクトの実施支援 建築・機械・電気設備・製造プロセス等に関する技術レビュー サイト調査および現地確認 設計図書、仕様書、技術関連資料のレビュー CAPEX/OPEX評価支援 技術・安全・環境の個別リスク・統合的リスクの特定および改善提言 Due Diligence Report作成 クライアントミーティングへの参加 設計事務所、施工会社、ベンダーとの技術調整 プロジェクトマネージャーの業務支援 応募要件 建築、機械設備、電気設備、プラントの設計や維持管理、ファシリティマネジメント等の分野で3年以上の実務経験 設計、施工管理、設備維持管理、コミッショニング、オーナーズエンジニアリング、技術コンサルティングのいずれかの経験 レポート作成経験 日本語ネイティブレベル 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方 歓迎要件 Technical Due Diligence経験 不動産DD経験 EPCプロジェクト経験 建築士 建築設備士 電気主任技術者 施工管理技士 化学プラント事業、石油・ガス等のエネルギー事業、廃棄物処理やリサイクル事業での経験
