職務内容 ＜職務内容＞ ①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション ・次世代電子技術の車載システム技術開発 ・システムやコンポーネントを車両搭載するための技術開発 ・メカトロ技術開発 ・車載電子電装システムの要求機能/性能/信頼性を実現するECU開発 -電子アーキテクチャ関連電子部品の開発 -メカトロシステムにおける関連電子部品開発 ②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション ・電子電装(ボディエレクトロニクス)部品設計開発 ・UWB・NFCを用いた次世代システム＆部品設計開発 ・静電容量センサ技術を用いた次世代システム＆部品設計開発 ・メカトロシステム部品設計開発 ・電動車に向けた音源ユニット設計開発 ・ワイヤリングハーネス設計開発 ③職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気、特徴） 5人～10人程度のチームで課長や課長代理の下、数名の同僚や部下とチームを構成しています。 個々人の単独プレーではなく、同じ目標に向けて一体感をもって業務を遂行し、個人としても、チームとしても向上出来る風土を目指しています。 異なる文化や意見を受け入れながら、積極的にコミュニケーションをとりながら業務を遂行します。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）＞ ①職務を通して得られる自己の成長、獲得できるスキル、やりがい 自動運転やコネクティッドカー等、電子システム数は増加の一途をたどり、それらの電子システムを支える基盤技術である新たな通信技術や協調制御に対するシステム/コンポ設計および信頼性保証は更に重要性が高まっていく領域です。 次世代の新技術開発から車両の立ち上げまでを幅広く担当できる、また、技術および製品としての取扱領域が広く、部品開発に終わらず、次世代の車両を支える電子技術およびシステムを総合的に開発できる部署です。 また、電子の視点からクルマ一台の全てに広く関われる業務であり、自己のスキル、経験を活かし、自ら主体的に業務を進めて行くことができる仕事環境です。 職場では、自動車業界以外(発電所、電気機器メーカー、等)から中途入社された方も沢山おり、貴重な戦力として活躍しています。 ②将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション 車両電子システムをエキスパートとして開発するエンジニア 車両電子システムの開発・品質を管理するマネージャー アメリカ、欧州、中国等、海外の日産開発拠点での業務経験 ＜MUST＞ 下記いずれかの経験を有すること ・車両電子電装ユニット開発経験 ・メカトロ開発経験 ・無線通信機器もしくは通信デバイス開発経験 ・組み込みソフトウェア開発経験
