Overview ■職務概要 TA Instruments は、熱分析、レオメトリー、マイクロカロリメトリーの分野において、世界をリードする分析機器メーカーです。製薬、化学、電子材料、食品、建材、航空宇宙、自動車など、多くの最先端の研究開発現場に導入され、新素材開発や製品の信頼性向上を支える重要な技術基盤となっています。 中でも日本は、世界屈指のマテリアルサイエンス大国。TA Instrumentsの装置は、国立研究機関・大学・大手メーカーのR&D部門に広く導入され、科学技術の進化を支えています。 本ポジションであるサービスエンジニアは、装置を通じて「確かな技術」と「安心」を顧客に届け、研究現場の信頼されるパートナーとして活躍いただく重要な役割です。 単なる保守作業にとどまらず、 「なぜ不具合が起きたのか」 「どうすれば再発を防げるか」 といった構造的・技術的視点での根本原因の特定と解決提案を行い、技術の力で研究の未来を支えます。 Responsibilities 主な職務内容 顧客先での装置設置、初期セットアップ、操作トレーニング 定期点検、修理、予防保守などの技術サービス トラブルシューティング（オンサイト／リモート対応） 顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（電話／メール） 作業報告書の作成、履歴管理（CRMシステム使用） 営業・アプリケーションエンジニアとの情報連携・分析支援 【担当製品】 熱分析：DSC（示差走査熱量計）、TGA（熱重量分析）、SDT 粘弾性測定／熱機械分析：Rheometer、DMA、TMA 【顧客業界】 製薬、化学、電子材料、エネルギー、バッテリー、食品、建材、アスファルト 等（国立研究機関／大学／大手メーカーの研究開発部門が中心） クロスファンクショナルな連携 アプリケーション、マーケティング、サービス部門と協力し、統合的な顧客ソリューションを提供 海外のカントリーマネジャーや関連部門と連携し、グローバル視点で企業価値を向上 イノベーションの推進 顧客の声や市場動向を反映し、新製品やサービスの導入をリード 科学者やエンジニアとともにTA Instrumentsの市場リーダーシップをさらに強化 文化の醸成と組織の活性化 共有目的に基づく文化を育み、全員がリーダーシップを発揮できる環境を提供 チームメンバーを巻き込み、主体的な業務遂行を促進する風土を確立
