仕事内容 3DEXPERIENCEをコアとしたデジタルスレッド構築プロジェクトにおいて、設計・解析・製造・ITといった複数部門に分散するデータおよび業務プロセスを統合し、エンドツーエンドのトレーサビリティおよびデータ活用基盤の確立を推進する役割を担う。 本ポジションは、3DEXPERIENCEを基盤としたエンジニアリングチェーンの構築を支援するとともに、関係部門間の調整およびプロジェクトマネジメント業務を通じて、デジタルスレッドの実運用への定着を推進する。 また、将来的なAI活用を見据えたデータ構造およびデータ基盤の整備を支援し、業務効率化および高度なデータドリブンエンジニアリングの実現に貢献する。 ロケーション 栃木県 プロジェクトの状況に応じて週1～2日の在宅勤務可 ※フルリモート不可 職務詳細 • 3DEXPERIENCEを活用したデジタルスレッド構築の計画策定および推進 • 設計・解析・製造・ITに跨るデータ連携および業務プロセス統合のリード • エンドツーエンドのトレーサビリティ実現に向けた方針策定および実行 • プロジェクト全体の進捗管理および課題管理のリード • リスク・課題の特定、対応方針の策定およびステークホルダーへの共有 • 設計部門・解析部門・製造部門・IT部門・ベンダー等との横断的な調整・合意形成 • プロジェクトにおける主要会議の設計・ファシリテーション（意思決定支援） • 関係者間の課題整理および優先順位付けのリード • 経営層・ステークホルダー向け報告資料（PowerPoint / Excel）の作成及び報告 • 3DEXPERIENCEおよび新業務プロセスの導入・定着化の推進 • 教育会・レビュー会の企画・運営およびファシリテーション • ユーザー展開および活用促進施策の設計・実行 •
