Operation業務設計 Operational Excellenceの推進 担当領域における業務プロセスの標準化、簡素化および効率化を推進する システム化、自動化およびデジタル活用による業務効率向上を支援する 業務課題を特定し、改善施策の立案および実行を主導する KPIおよび運用データを活用し、継続的な業務改善活動を推進する Senior Managerと連携し、Operational Excellence戦略の実行を推進する 業務プロセスの標準化と継続的な改善を通じて、誰もが効率的かつ安心して業務を推進できる環境づくりを推進する Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Partnership Commercial、Marketing、Medical、Finance、Compliance、Technology等の関係部門と密接に連携し、P2Pイベントその他の全社横断の業務改善および変革施策を推進する 関係部門間の利害や優先順位を調整しながら、合意形成を推進する 新規プロセス、システム、デジタルソリューション導入時の業務設計およびチェンジマネジメントを推進する データや業務実績に基づき、業務改善および生産性向上に向けた提案を行う 外部ベンダーとの協業を通じて、業務品質およびサービスレベルの向上を実現する 2. 運用管理 P2Pイベント運営およびイベント申請システム管理 P2Pイベントに関する運営プロセス全体を管理する
