ポジション概要 Dell Technologiesの中小企業向け法人営業チームにおいて、Dell Expert Network（DEN）プログラムのビジネスディベロップメントマネージャー（BDM）として、中小のIT企業を対象としたパートナーの開拓・育成・関係構築を推進していただきます。 Dell Technologies のエンド・ツー・エンドソリューションを広げるため、アライアンスやリレーションシッププログラムを特定・構築し、新たな販売機会の創出を担うポジションです。 主な業務内容 DENプログラムの運営・推進全般 中小のIT関連企業を対象とした新規パートナー開拓、オンボーディング、関係強化 既存の約1000社のパートナーの育成、リテンション、売上拡大 顧客訪問、定期接点、イベントを通じた関係構築と新規ビジネス機会の創出 マーケティング施策やセールスツールを活用した認知拡大・販売推進 パートナーと密に連携し、課題を特定して改善提案を行い、Program Manager / Sales Leaderととともにソリューションを推進 業界イベントやパートナーイベントでのDell代表としての活動 応募要件 必須 法人営業、パートナー営業、アライアンス、事業開発など、基本給＋インセンティブ制度のある営業職での5年以上の実務経験 新規開拓と関係構築の両方を推進できるコミュニケーション力 パートナーの経営層とのコミュニケーションや折衝能力 顧客訪問や対面でのプレゼンテーション経験 複数部門との連携を前提としたプロジェクト推進力 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力 歓迎 IT業界、PC / サーバー / ネットワーク、MSP、ITコンサルティング領域での経験 パートナープログラムやチャネルビジネスの経験 イベント企画、販促施策の経験 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（必須ではありません）
