Profession (Job Category):Project/Program Management Job Schedule: Full time Remote:No Job Description: ■概要 本ポジションは、GCB、GIS、TRに関する世界各地のトラブル案件に対応し、原因特定から解決策の提示、現場復旧まで一連の業務を主導します。顧客との窓口として課題を迅速に把握し、技術的・商務的観点から最適な対応を行います。 ■主な職務内容 ・顧客からの問い合わせを起点に、暫定復旧の現場作業完了まで、業務遂行を一貫して行う（主な不具合内容：ガスや油漏れ、フラッシュオーバー、破損、固渋等） ・顧客からの問い合わせ回答、必要ドキュメントを作成 ・必要な専門分野のメンバーでプロジェクトチームを編成し、各メンバーが計画通りにタスクを完了できるよう管理し主導する ・プロジェクトのマイルストーンを定義し、期限内に製品復旧を実現 ・Root Cause Analysis（RCA）を主導し、恒久対策の立案、実行を推進する ・逸脱発生時には迅速に是正措置を実施し、計画復旧を推進 ・顧客の第一窓口として、積極的・明確なコミュニケーションにより顧客満足を確保
