Events Executiveは、企業イベント、プライベートイベント、ウェルネスリトリート、ラグジュアリー ブランドイベントなど、幅広いイベントおよび団体の企画・運営をサポートします。 すべてのイベントがサステナビリティ、ウェルネス、ラグジュアリー基準を満たすように管理しま す。 主な業務内容 ホテル内イベントの企画・運営補助 クライアント窓口対応 各部門（F&B、キュリナリー、宿泊、スパ等）との連携 提案書・契約書・ファンクションシート・スケジュール作成 サイトインスペクションおよび商談対応 ブランド基準・サステナビリティ基準の遵守 イベント当日の運営管理 イベント後のフォロー・フィードバック収集 ベンダー・パートナーとの関係構築 グループ滞在時の現場サポート（ルーミングリスト確認、アメニティ調整等） 到着前の情報確認（請求、特記事項など） Delphi・OPERAなどシステム管理 各部門との連携による円滑な運営 夜間・週末・祝日勤務への柔軟対応 閑散期の営業サポート 売上目標達成の支援 身だしなみ・衛生管理の維持 安全・セキュリティ手順の理解と遵守 個人情報の適切な管理 会議・研修への参加 その他上司の指示業務 The Events Executive supports the planning, coordination, and execution
