Job Requisition ID # 26WD99477 ポジション概要 Autodeskでは、建設・建築業界におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進に情熱を持つプロフェッショナルを募集しています。テクニカルサクセスマネージャー（Technical Success Manager：TSM）として、戦略的顧客がForma（旧 Autodesk Construction Cloud）から測定可能なビジネス価値を実現できるよう、スケーラブルなワークフロー、システム連携（インテグレーション）、データ活用の設計・導入を支援していただきます。 APAC カスタマーサクセス シニアマネージャーの直属として、Autodeskの主要な建築・エンジニアリング・建設（AEC）顧客に対する技術的な顧客支援をリードしていただきます。Customer Success Manager（CSM）と密接に連携しながら、顧客のビジネス戦略や目標を実践的なFormaソリューションへと落とし込み、プロジェクト遂行、コラボレーション、業務パフォーマンスの向上を支援します。 信頼できる技術アドバイザーとして、ヘルスチェック、ワークフロー設計、トレーニング、ダッシュボード構築、システム連携などを提供し、顧客がFormaを効果的に活用できるよう支援するとともに、Autodeskへの投資対効果（ROI）を最大化する役割を担います。 主な業務内容 Formaの機能、制約事項、およびシステム連携の可能性について深い知識を持つ専門家（Subject Matter Expert）として活動する 顧客との技術的なエンゲージメントを主導し、既存業務フローを分析したうえで、プロジェクトおよび施工プロセスの改善を支援するソリューションを設計する ドキュメント管理、RFI（情報照会）、サブミッタル、現場業務フロー、モデルコーディネーションなどのFormaワークフローを構築・最適化する 顧客が利用状況、プロジェクトパフォーマンス、業務成果を可視化できるダッシュボード、レポート、分析基盤を設計する 利用可能なAPIやデータコネクタを活用し、FormaとERPシステム、BIツール 、その他の建設テクノロジーとの連携を支援する 技術ヘルスチェック、ワークショップ、トレーニングを実施し、プラットフォームの継続的かつスケーラブルな活用を促進する Customer Success Managerと連携し、Customer Success Planで定義された施策を実行しながら、技術的成果物が顧客のビジネス目標達成に貢献することを確実にする 顧客のビジネス課題や戦略をAutodeskのソリューションおよび業界のベストプラクティスに結び付け、定量的なROI創出を推進する ベストプラクティス、競合情報、顧客成功事例をCustomer Success組織全体へ共有する
