PRスペシャリストは、ソラコムからの情報発信において重要な役割を担います。 ソラコムは創業9年目を迎え、企業として成長フェーズを迎えています。日本発のテクノロジーカンパニーとして、世界中で20,000を超えるお客さまが利用する主力事業のIoTプラットフォーム「SORACOM」、さらにはクラウド型カメラサービス「ソラカメ」などの新規事業、AIや衛星通信などの研究開発など、さまざまな取り組みを会社の窓口となって情報発信します。 未来の世の中はあらゆるモノがつながり価値を創造することが予想されており、IoTはそのコアテクノロジーとして電気や水道のようなインフラになりうる技術です。ソラコムは、「テクノロジーで社会をよりよくすること」を志しており、そのためにIoTテクノロジーを使う障壁をさげる「IoTテクノロジーの民主化」を推進することで、世界中のイノベーションを後押ししたいと考えています。これらのソラコムの想いやSORACOMを活用するユーザーの創造性と熱意を発信するとともに、社会からの共感を得ながら、会社としてのソラコム、ソラコムのサービスの認知を拡大し、会社としての目標を達成するために最適な広報戦略を考え、自ら実行します。 日本拠点において、PR戦略の立案、プレスリリース作成、メディアリレーションのほか、マーケティングチームと連携しながらウェブサイトのコンテンツの企画、制作を行います。ソラコムでは、全員がリーダーとして、自分の施策の計画、進捗管理、数値計測と改善計画も行い、四半期に1回、振り返りと次の四半期の計画をチームと共有します。 仕事内容 広報業務：担当分野における広報戦略の立案、プレスリリース作成、メディアリレーション、問いあわせ・取材対応と調整、広報イベントや対外発表の企画運営、メディア向けニュースレターの企画等 ユーザー事例やソラコムのカルチャーに関するコンテンツの企画、インタビューと執筆、編集、制作管理（ウェブサイト、ブログ、寄稿等） マーケティング部門と連携したカンファレンス、セミナー、ホワイトペーパーなどの企画立案・実行 継続的に広報活動を行うためのオペレーション、仕組み作り 広報活動における予算・KPI策定と効果測定、進捗管理 Requirements 必須の経験 下記いずれかの経験 スタートアップまたはB2B商材の事業会社での広報経験3年以上 IT（B2B向けWebサービス、SaaS、IoTソリューション、AI）など、いずれかの業界の広報経験 PR/広告代理店でのプランニングやメディアリレーション 3年以上 B2B商材で営業企画や事業開発の経験 3年以上 求められるスキル 高いコミュニケーションスキル 社内はSlack主体としたコミュニケーションで、オンライン会議も多く行われます。これらのツールを使いこなして、関係者から情報収集 し、社会動向も踏まえて、情報をまとめあげます。 メディアリレーション構築力 扱う分野によって、新規のメディアリレーション開拓も行います。 多様な要件や複雑な状況下でのリーダーシップ 情報を整理し、関係者の議論をリードします。 質の高い情報発信のために、妥協しない強い意思と論理的思考力 自身で高い水準でアウトプットを出す努力をするとともに、関係者からのフィードバックを受け入れて、さらにより良くしていきます。 編集、校正等が可能な日本語での高い文章作成力 業務は日本語で英語での公式文書のライティングは含みませんが、英語のドキュメントの解読やコミュニケーションは発生します。 歓迎する経験/スキル 事業拡大フェーズのスタートアップ企業での広報経験 オンライン、オフラインマーケティング経験での成果 オウンドメディア/SNS運営、立ち上げ、運用〜企画での成果 ビジネスレベルの英語力 事例やインタビュー記事の執筆の経験 こんな方に来てほしい！
