Job Title【筑波】Sales Account Manager（担当製品：在宅医療向けの睡眠製品） Job Description 睡眠分野に特化した在宅医療機器の営業 ドクターや医療従事者の方々に寄り添い、医療機器を通じて患者様の「在宅療養ライフ」を支えるやりがいを持てるお仕事です。 ただ商材を売り込むだけでなく、ドクターや患者様のニーズを理解し最適な提案や使用方法の説明、勉強会の実施など、安全で正しく使用できるための説明を行います。 〇 未経験でも安心な理由 〇 「医療の知識がなくて不安…」という方もご安心ください。 多くの医療機関から頼りにされているため、入社後の研修は6カ月。 入社後は、長期的な目線でご活躍いただけるよう、 医療機器の基礎知識や薬事、ドクターとの話し方まで、座学やOJTでイチからお教えします。また、夜間対応なども仕事に慣れてからとなるので、一歩ずつプロを目指していける環境です！ 〇 当社の特徴 〇 提携する海外メーカーの製品を提案する企業が多い中、当社が扱うのは自社製品です。 人工呼吸器、睡眠時無呼吸症候群の検査装置など「呼吸」と「睡眠」の検査装置・治療機器では、国内シェアトップクラス。 ブランドの認知度、品質への信頼が高い商材のため、自信を持ってご提案でき、スピード感を持った提案と、細やかな対応を心がけることができます。 業務内容 ・既存顧客の維持、新規処方の獲得ならびに新規顧客・市場の開拓と育成 ・顧客情報を収集・分析し、営業計画の策定と実行 ・ソリューションビジネスの拡大 ・地域KOLの窓口対応 ・社内事務業務（売上処理、器台管理） ・担当施設・患者様への機器の新規導入と管理 求める経験・スキル（いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方） ・業界営業経験者歓迎 ・営業経験（法人個人不問）を有し、顧客との関係構築や提案活動を主体的に推進できる方 ・医療現場での実務経験をお持ちの方（営業経験は問いません） ・顧客対応のご経験があり呼吸製品に興味がある方 資格 ・運転免許証 〇 提案製品 〇
