Commercial Excellence領域におけるデータ活用推進 営業活動、案件進捗、顧客・施設情報、製品別実績、テリトリー、マーケットポテンシャルなどのCommercialデータを分析し、営業戦略・重点施策・リソース配分に資するインサイトを提供する 営業マネージャー、マーケティング、SFEチームと連携し、売上関連データの見える化を筆頭に、顧客管理、KPI設計、案件進捗モニタリング、課題抽出、改善アクションの検討を支援する 単なるレポート作成に留まらず、データから営業現場の行動変容につながる示唆を整理し、実行可能な提案として提示する 2. SFA/CRM活用・運用改善 SFA/CRM上の顧客、施設、医師、商談、営業活動、訪問記録、テリトリー情報等の入力品質、更新状況、活用状況をモニタリングし、継続的な改善を推進する 営業現場にとって入力しやすく、マネジメントにとって意思決定に使いやすいデータ項目、運用ルール、ワークフローの設計・改善を支援する SFA/CRMの定着度を高めるため、営業チーム向けの利用ガイド、トレーニング、問い合わせ対応、改善要望の整理を行う
