Job Description Summary コマーシャルセールスオペレーション部は、サプライチェーンマネジメント本部に所属し、製品を発売してから販売の終了まで全てのステージに関与しています。また特約店などへ納品する最後の工程の責任者となることから、配送や在庫問題発生時の顧客対応、災害や品薄・欠品時の対応など、様々な出来事の結節点となって業務プロセスの最適化を図り、ビジネスに貢献しています。 Job Description SAPを通じて顧客からの注文状況を確認し、最適な出荷指示を出す。 安定供給のための納期管理、また調達チームと連携して在庫管理を行う。 顧客(卸業者)からの問い合わせ内容を把握し、過去の問い合わせやその回答内容など、あらゆる情報の収集、調査をすることで各顧客に合った対応を行う。 インドチームと連携し、SAPのシステムトラブルシューティングを行う。 月次受注・入荷スケジュールの出荷カレンダーを作成し、社内の関連部門や顧客に配布する。 学士以上を取得していること。理系、ITなど関連分野であれば更にあれば望ましい 3～5年程度の受発注業務経験（ 製薬業界1年以上が望ましい） SKU 500 SAPのスキルおよび知識（SDモジュールが望ましい） 中級程度のエクセル、ワード、PPTのスキル （Office 365使用） ビジネスレベルの英語力 Reading / Writing：E-mail 英文10％程度 翻訳システム対応可能 リスニング/スピーキング ：トラブルシューティング ※ 週に１回程度（時期による） 日本語スキル： ネイティブレベル 協調性と主体性（SAPのトラブル発生時など、問い合わせに主体性をもって解決までをリードする） コミュニケーション力（インドチームとの協働には英語での調整と粘り強さが必要） モチベーション（業務が増えた状況においても自己実現と達成感をみつけられる） Skills Desired Bom (Bill Of
