営業組織のSelling Skillと製品知識を高める - 特に肝臓領域（Hepatology）の知識・スキル強化をリードする MRのSelling Skillを向上させ、パフォーマンスを最大化する 営業組織の製品知識を高め、 医師と質の高い面談を行えるよう支援する 各ステークホルダーと連携し、営業組織のCapability向上に向けた施策を企画・実行する 1. 営業戦略に必要な知識向上のためのトレーニングを、必要なタイミングで企画し実施する 2. MRのSelling Skillの課題を分析・特定し、改善に向けた施策を立案する（アウトプットアセスメントを年2回企画・実施） 3. 中途入社者・社内異動者に対してSelling Skillおよび製品知識を高めるためのトレーニングを実施し、現場での活動が行えるように準備する 4. MRの知識定着を目的とした知識確認テストを年1回実施する ※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。 必要な条件Basic Qualification ■ スキル 営業の課題を特定する分析力 課題に対するトレーニングの企画力と実行力 相手に理解しやすく、実践的なトレーニングを実施できるプレゼンテーションスキル 柔軟性と新しいアイデアを生み出す能力、ゼロベースの思考 ステークホルダーと協力してトレーニングをリードするためのチームマネジメント力とファシリテーション力 基本的なPCスキル（PowerPoint / Excel など） ■ 経験 肝臓領域（Hepatology）でのコマーシャル業務経験（MR・マーケティングなど） トレーニングの経験 ※歓迎経験 学位/資格/語学力 Education/Certification/Language
