ポジションを募集する背景 新契約/保険金業務領域では新商品開発やEOL/EOSプロジェクト、レガシーアプリケーション合理化など複数のプロジェクトがあります。 生命保険ビジネスに関する知見(バックオフィス、特に新契約・保険金・給付金の請求支払)と、テクノロジースキルの両方をあわせもったアプリケーション開発経験者を探しています。その中でも、今後当社のIT部門の中心メンバーとして、プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター、開発チームと協力して、アジャイルデリバリーモデルを実践、推進していくことができる人材を求めています。 職務内容 新契約/保険金業務領域の新しいシステムや機能について、ディスカバリー、要件、設計フェーズからテストに至るまで、エンドユーザーをガイドする役割を担う。 また、特定のシステムを利用するための最適なソリューションをユーザに提供し、新しい機能を導入する。 潜在的なプロセス改善を特定し、システム障害のトラブルシューティングとユーザーサポートをする。 ディスカバリー・セッションに参画し、ビジネス・プロセスを分析、文書化、検証し、重要な洞察を得る。 ギャップ分析を行い、ソリューションを選定する。 機能要件および規則を引き出し、分析し、文書化する。 ユーザーストーリー、ワイヤフレームを作成し、ビジネスケースのUX、新規サービスまたはサービス拡張、製品または機能のToBeモデルを概念化する。 Acceptance criteriaを定義する。 担当するCOTS/SaaSの基本的な機能および設定の助言をする。 技術ユーザーマニュアル(仕様説明)、システム構成文書、およびその他の技術報告書を整備する。 本番のアプリケーションの課題に対する、ビジネスワークフローやプロセスの原因分析と改善を実施し、運用や本番リリースのサポートを提供する。 業務効率の改善、ビジネスプロセスの課題や問題を特定する。 経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須) 経験 3年以上の保険会社でのITアプリケーション開発(立場は不問) スキル(下記いずれか2つ以上) 開発:JAVA, VB, C, Oracle, SQL Serverなど Cloud:Azureなど 自動化:リリース・テストなど 分析:ビジネス要件定義、ユーザーストーリー作成など 管理:プロジェクトマネジメント、スクラムリードなど 知識 生命保険の業務 言語 日本語:流暢、英語:中級以上 その他
