ELA will fund an individual contributor Sales support role- Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) based in Asia. This incumbent will report into ELA, and take direction from the two Product Managers and have a matrix reporting line to Asia Sales VP. The CSE will support Asia Account teams in development of opportunities creation of capture plans. The key performance measurement for this role is the achievement of Sales objective (OE, MAS%) which will be set by ELA upon alignment with ASIA Sales VP and Asia Account team. Geographical coverage for this role includes China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and India (Tentative).
