Work ScheduleOther Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description 【主な業務内容】 ・海外サプライヤー/工場/出荷サイトへの発注を迅速に行い、発注が正確に行われているか、現地出荷～入荷までをEnd to Endで管理する。 ・納期を常に最新の状態に管理し、社内外のCustomerにproactiveに情報提供を行う。 ・海外工場のカスタマーサービスチームに、状況に応じて迅速な出荷や製品引き当てを促す。 状況に応じて、交渉もしくは迅速に関係者へエスカレーションを行う。 ・海外サプライヤー/工場/出荷サイトに対し、輸入書類の不備、入荷貨物のダメージ削減、クレジットインボイス入手等が迅速に行われるよう、パフォーマンス管理と改善を行う。 ・顧客の希望納期に答えて顧客満足度を向上させるとともに、社内の売上目標やKPIの達成にも貢献する。 ・プランナー、カスタマーサービス、および営業/マーケティングと積極的にコミュニケーションをとり、またグローバルチームおよび出荷サイトとも連携する。 ・Supply Chain Managementの一員として、在庫金額や廃棄品の目標達成に協力し、必要なアクションをproactiveに行う。 【応募必須要件】 学士あるいは修士 実務経験（受発注、納期調整など）が最低２年以上あること 英語ビジネスレベル：読み書きだけでなく海外工場との折衝やよりよい協力体制を構築するための英語力が必要です（TOEIC:800点以上、またはそれに該当する英語力が望ましい） 日本語ビジネスレベル：N1レベルの方 Microsoft Office の基本操作スキル（Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point） 積極的なコミュニケーション能力 緊急性を意識して問題解決にあたる能力 新たな経験や学ぶ機会に対し積極的で前向きな姿勢であること 現状に甘んじず、常に変化や改善にチャレンジするマインドセット 【あると好ましい経験】 3～5年のサプライチェーンあるいは購買に関する経験 SAPその他の基幹システムの使用経験
