職務目的 コンタクトセンター領域の企画・設計・業務改善を通して、コンタクトセンターの運営を最適化 Japan Transformationにおける新しいテクノロジーの導入の企画・設計に深く関わりコンタクトセンターの業務の生産性の向上と顧客及びビジネスパートナー（代理店）の顧客満足度の最大化を実現 職責 Transcription（音声のテキストデータ化）からの照会内容のサマリー生成化の要件定義 感情分析の導入検討、導入後のCX向上、プロデュサーチャネルの品質向上計画 音声データをAgent AIを利用し、損保ポータルから適切な回答をBSR（受電スタッフ）へ表示するアシスト機能の開発 CCに照会が多い項目への次期AIG CONNECTへの要件検討 コンタクトセンターですでに導入されているSales Force（CRM）をDistributionに導入への要件の共同検討 音声システムのGenesysの標準機能拡大検討 コンタクトセンター領域のデータベースを利用したデータ分析及びデータ提供 コンタクトセンターの最適化へのサポート 主要な関係先 内部関係先(AIG組織内) オペレーション統括部 IT部門 ディストリビューション部門 各商品部門 外部関係先(AIG組織外) プロデューサー（代理店/ CA等） カスタマー（間接対応） 開発ベンダー 必要とされるスキル・経験 最終学歴 • 学士号または同等の学位 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許 【能力】 データ分析スキル（ExcelやPower BI等を用いた集計） コミュニケーション力・調整力（各コンタクトセンタースタッフとの協力や他部門との調整） 資料作成スキル（Excel、Word、Powerpoint）
