人事ビジネスパートナー／人事マネージャー（HRBP）｜東京 勤務地：東京都心 雇用形態：正社員 想定年収：800万円〜1,100万円程度 ※基本給および2回分の賞与相当分を含む想定年収。経験・スキルにより決定。 語学力：ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語 ポジション概要 当社は、東京都内勤務の人事ビジネスパートナー／人事マネージャーポジションについて、非公開の採用支援を行っています。 本ポジションは、大手多国籍企業向けのサービスオペレーションを支える日本国内の事業部門を担当します。現場責任者、事業側ステークホルダー、リージョナルHRチームと連携しながら、人事オペレーションの強化、従業員対応、パフォーマンスマネジメント、マネージャーへのコーチング、レポーティング、HRプロセスの改善を担っていただくポジションです。 単なる人事事務のポジションではありません。現場に近い立場で実務に入り込み、マネージャーを支援し、パフォーマンス課題に対応し、給与・勤怠関連事項を理解し、ジュニアHRメンバーをガイドできる実践的なHR経験が求められます。 主な業務内容 日本国内の事業部門における日常的なHR課題について、事業責任者および現場責任者と連携する。 パフォーマンスマネジメント、従業員対応、マネージャーへのコーチング、記録、フォローアップを支援する。 パフォーマンス課題、従業員コミュニケーション、職場課題について、マネージャーを実務面からサポートする。 オンサイトのジュニアHRメンバーに対して、HR面でのガイダンスを提供する。 勤怠、休暇、残業、給与関連事項、レポーティング、書類管理を含むHRオペレーションを支援する。 給与プロセスを理解し、給与差異の確認および関係者との調整を行う。 社内またはクライアントから依頼されるHR、要員、給与関連レポートを作成する。 採用計画、オンボーディング、研修調整、従業員エンゲージメント施策をサポートする。 担当部門におけるHRプロセス、レポーティング、事務処理、フォローアップ体制を改善する。 必要に応じて、日本側ステークホルダーとリージョナル／海外HR・事業部門との橋渡しを行う。 会社方針、日本の雇用慣行、事業上の要件に沿ったHR運用を行う。 求める経験・スキル 日本におけるシニアHRジェネラリスト、HRBP、または人事マネージャーとしての経験。 パフォーマンスマネジメントおよびマネージャーへのコーチング経験。 レポーティング、書類管理、フォローアップ、プロセス運用を含むHRオペレーション経験。 給与・勤怠に関する理解。特に給与差異の確認や給与・勤怠データを扱った経験がある方。 ホスピタリティ、小売、F&B、ケータリング、または類似するサービスオペレーション環境での人事経験があれば尚可。 戦略・助言だけでなく、実務に入り込んで課題解決を行える方。 ジュニアHRメンバーへのガイダンスまたはメンタリングができる方。 HRシステム、レポート、データ、各種プロセスの管理に抵抗がなく、丁寧にフォローアップできる方。 ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語コミュニケーション能力。 日本語を母語としない方の場合、JLPT N1または同等レベルの日本語力が望ましい。 新しいツール、システム、業務の進め方を学ぶ意欲がある方。 雇用条件
