【ポジション概要】 Vision Care System (VCS)のフィールドサービスエンジニアスペシャリストは、眼鏡店等に設置されたZEISS VCS機器(検眼用測定機器)の最適な性能、信頼性、そして顧客満足度を確保する責任を担います。この役割には、技術力、専門知識、問題解決能力、そしてZEISS製品の素晴らしさを維持するためのコミットメントが求められます。 主な業務内容： 顧客(眼鏡店等)の指定場所で新規VCS機器の設置と設定を行う。 製品の薬機法上の出荷判定を行う(大阪府泉佐野市/りんくう事業所)。 保守及びトラブルシューティング対応を行う。 定期的に保守点検を実施し、機器が最高の性能を発揮できるよう機能保全を行う。 顧客側で発生する技術的な問題に対して、迅速なトラブルシューティングを提供する。 機器の状態を監視し、潜在的な欠陥を事前に特定する。 報告とコミュニケーション 日々の保守活動を記録し、SalesForceシステムにレポートを入力する。 製造拠点（ドイツ）に欠陥情報や技術的なフィードバックを伝達し、継続的な改善を支援する。 顧客対応 顧客に対する主要な技術窓口として、迅速なサービスを提供する。 ZEISSのブランド価値とビジネス目標に沿って、対応を行う。 協力体制の構築 営業、製造、カスタマーサポート、物流などの社内チームと密接に連携し、円滑なサービス提供を確保する。 製品開発やサービス改善を支援するための分析やフィードバックを共有する。 【主な業務内容と責任】 1. 目的達成のために 年間保守計画の策定・実行 会社のビジョンと目標に沿った設置保守サービスを提供するための計画を構築し実行する。 サービス指標のモニターと分析 機器設置、定期保守点検、緊急対応などのサービス指標をモニター・分析し、サービス品質とパフォーマンスを継続的に向上させる。 業務の手順化と手順書の発行 業務を効率化し手順を見直し生産性を向上させ、手順書に反映させ、属人的な対応からポリシーと手順を明確にする。 他部門との連携 営業部門、カスタマーサービスチーム、サプライチェーン・物流チーム、ドイツの工場など、他部門と協力して業務を進める。 新しいプラットフォームやデジタルソリューションの円滑な展開を確保 グローバルから展開される新しいプラットフォームやデジタルソリューションのスムーズかつ効果的な導入を行う。 カスタマーサービスチームや物流チームとの密接な連携 両チームは同じカスタマーケアセンター内に属しており、営業部門とも密接に協力し、すべての業務が円滑に進み、グローバル目標に沿うように運営行動する。
