Reports to: Finance Manager
Summary
The finance analyst is responsible for financial planning and analysis of the company’s annual and quarterly forecast. This position will also help with the month end closing and weekly and monthly reports.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Month end close tasks and reporting
- Support budget and forecast process
- Timesheet and productivity reporting
- Maintenance of compliance documentation
- Support for client and internal audits
- Ad hoc analysis

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
- Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Minimum 5 years related accounting experience
- Agency experience, Hyperion Financial Management a plus
Education
B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or Finance
