Description
* Aligning sales and business development strategies with company objectives to meet and exceed client expectations while achieving organisational goals.
* Leveraging internal resources effectively to provide comprehensive support and solutions tailored to client's needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
* Generating weekly and monthly reports to track progress, analyse performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Design, Engineering, and Purchasing to streamline processes, address client requirements, and deliver optimal support, while also contributing to sales forecasting efforts.
* Proactively promoting and developing business opportunities in conjunction with key clients, fostering growth and innovation through mutually beneficial collaborations and initiatives.
Profile
* Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Japanese fluency or proficiency at an advanced level is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
* Experience with semiconductor lighting technologies is a plus.
