Account Manager within Molex Japan's automotive division.

What You Will Do
1. Drive sales activities to expand Molex focused products and profits within assigned districts of automotive OEMs and Tiers.
2. Generate and realize the opportunities in sales force with strategic approach aligned with business units.
3. Develop and implement sales plan
4. Learn Molex products and systems to maintain and develop Molex business in the customers
5. Get customer voices and communicate with international business unit
6. Supports all sales channels: OEM, distribution, Molex affiliates globally including local production site members.
7. Develops and maintains expense budget for district.
8. Maintain mass production sales volume forecast for avoiding supply disturbance
Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
l 3 to 5 successful (performance reviews, meeting quota, etc.) years of sales experience for OEM (preferably with Nissan/Honda).
l Knowledge of automotive environment and culture
l Sales skills that demonstrate the ability to successfully negotiate and close a sales call
l Well-developed interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build rapport with external contacts and give guidance and advice
l Basic PC skills (excel, PowerPoint and Word)
l Education: Bachelor's degree
Japanese Communication skills: Native or near-native level
English Communication skills: Business level
