募集要項
当社東京オフィスにおいて、アカウンタントを募集しています。経理チームの一員として他２名のスタッフと協力しながら実務を遂行していただきます。また、ハワイにオフィスがあるほか、韓国と台湾にも支店があるため、国際取引、外貨管理、銀行取引について様々な経験を積むことができます。
適任者はゲームやマンガが好きで、日々の帳簿管理や月次決算業務に責任を負うことを楽しめる方です。VP･ファイナンスや経理チームと緊密に連携し、興味深く実践的な経理スキルを身につけ応用できる、理想的な環境で働くことができます。
担当業務 (以下の業務をチームで分担して作業・相互チェックしていただきます。）
- 月次手数料報告書の作成
- Freee会計システムを使用した仕訳の作成
- 月次および年次決算プロセスの担当
- 企業間および支店間の口座管理
- オンライン･バンキングによる支払いと月次銀行残高確認
- 予算やキャッシュフロー予測作成のサポート
- 現金、在庫、売上などの残高や動きを分析するための定期的なレポート作成
- 経費精算業務
- 小口現金やオフィス総務業務など、必要に応じた管理業務のサポート
応募資格
- 経理処理全般について日本での就業経験がある方
- 簿記の資格取得や税務会計に興味がある方
- Excelおよびクラウド会計の環境･操作に優れている方
- 何事にも前向きに取り組めるチャレンジ精神にあふれた方
- 常に業務の改善やサービス、成果物の向上を意識して業務を行える方
- 同僚や経理以外のステークホルダーとの明瞭なコミュニケーションがとれる方

The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our team in Akihabara, Tokyo. The person in this role will work closely with the Vice President of Finance while engaging with our accounting team. This is also an excellent opportunity to learn about international trades, foreign currency management, and banking as we have a studio in Hawaii and branches in Korea and Taiwan.
A successful candidate will love gaming and manga and enjoy being accountable for daily bookkeeping and monthly closing activities. By working closely with the Vice President of Finance and the accounting team, this role will provide an ideal environment to gain and apply interesting and practical accounting skills.
Responsibilities (tasks are allocated amongst team members)
- Prepare and/or review and approve monthly commission reports
- Prepare journal entries using Freee accounting system
- Responsible for monthly and annual closing process
- Inter-company and branch account management
- Payments via online banking and monthly account reconciliation
- Support preparation of budget and cash flow forecast
- Prepare routine reports to analyze balances and movements such as cash, inventory, and revenue
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements
- Provide support to administrative functions as needed such as petty cash and office administration
Requirements
- Working experience in general accounting role in Japan
- Interest in taking the bookkeeping test or gaining more accounting and tax knowledge.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting
- Positive thinker with a great challenge spirit.
- Passionate about continuous improvements in process and deliverables
- Articulate communicator who can interact well with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Desire to work in the game and manga industries
- (Optional, Strong Plus): English-speaking skills or desire to learn English
