【必須】
・５年～10年の経理・会計業務経験（特にAP, General Accounting）
・ERPシステムに関する深い理解
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（本社UKとのミーティングに対応ができるレベル）
・チームリードの役割に対して前向きであること

・学士号以上（会計・ファイナンス専攻）
・日商簿記3級以上

- Min 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance (especially in AP, General Accounting).
- Understanding of ERP systems
- Native level of Japanese
- Good communication skill as a team lead

業務内容
■ポジション概要
当社のファイナンスチームでは、財務および会計業務を担います。
・財務業務：財務情報の作成、収集、解釈、予算、報告書、予測、法定申告書の作成、提案、投資、資金源の財務分析、税務管理、原価計算システムおよびキャッシュフローの管理、財務管理、規制基準の遵守の確保など
・会計管理業務：買掛金、売掛金、クレジット、回収、請求書発行など
当ポジションには、G/L会計、B/S管理、税務、トレジャリー、インターカンパニーなど、4名のアカウンタントと共に当社の財務管理全般を担当するマネージャーを補佐する役割を担っていただきます。
チーム構成としては、マネージャー(Controller)のもとにAP, AR, General Accountingの担当が１～２名ずつとなります。
そのうちAPあるいはGeneral Accounting部隊のリードとしてチームを率いていただける方を募集します。
マネジメント経験がなくとも、キャリアステップとして小規模のチームリードに挑戦されたい方、大歓迎です、
■担当業務
-各メディアブランドの月末締め
-本社の請求書照合のサポート
-支払承認（APインボイス、経費精算）
-海外銀行振込
-財務関連費用（銀行手数料、税理士事務所手数料など）の支払依頼
-源泉徴収および支払調書の作成
-仕入先登録サポート
-委託先ベンダーとの関係構築
-業務プロセスサポート（マニュアル作成、グローバルポリシーのローカライズなど）
-BS勘定照合のサポート
-請求書発行システムに関する問い合わせの窓口
■ Position Overview
In our finance team, you'll be responsible for financial and accounting tasks.
- Financial tasks: Creating, collecting, interpreting, budgeting, reporting, forecasting financial information, preparing statutory filings, proposals, investments, financial analysis of funding sources, tax management, cost accounting system and cash flow management, financial management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, etc.
- Accounting management tasks: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, collections, invoice issuance, etc.
This position will assist the manager in overseeing our company's overall financial management alongside four accountants responsible for G/L accounting, B/S management, taxation, treasury, intercompany, etc.
The team composition includes 1-2 staff each for AP, AR, and General Accounting under the manager (Controller).
We are seeking someone who can lead the team as either the lead for the AP or General Accounting function.
Even if you lack management experience, if you're eager to take on the challenge of leading a small team as a career step, you're more than welcome.
■Responsibilities
- Month-end closing for each media brand
- Supporting invoice reconciliation at headquarters
- Approval of payments (AP invoices, expense reimbursements)
- Overseas bank transfers
- Payment requests for financial-related expenses (bank charges, tax accountant fees, etc.)
- Preparation of withholding tax and payment statements
- Support for supplier registration
- Building relationships with outsourced vendors
- Business process support (manual creation, localization of global policies, etc.)
- Support for BS account reconciliation
- Inquiry desk for invoice issuance system
学歴
学士号（会計・ファイナンス専攻）をお持ちの方歓迎
Bachelor's degree (majoring in accounting or finance) is an advantage
