Responsibilities:
- Requirements Management:
- Collection and analysis of requirements specifications.
- Structuring and breakdown of requirements.
- Change management of requirements.
- Requirements traceability management (ASPICE/ISO 26262 compliant).
- Change Management:
- Receiving, identifying, and initially evaluating Change Requests (CRs).
- Leading Impact Analysis.
- Operating the Change Control Board (CCB).
- Documenting and managing the traceability of changes.
- Coordinating and negotiating with OEMs.
- Managing status and incorporating changes into release plans.
- Quality assurance and audit response.
- Defect Management:
- Defect receipt, classification, and registration management.
- Defect triage operation.
- Defect progress management and escalation.
- Post-correction verification and closing process management.
- Reporting to OEMs and internal teams.
- Stakeholder coordination.
Job Qualifications:
- A degree in a related field such as systems engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical and electronic engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in development processes in the automotive sector, including ADAS, in-vehicle ECUs, and embedded development.
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: requirements management, change management, or defect management (at least one required).
- Experience using requirements management and project management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, JIRA, Redmine, and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of either ISO 26262 or A-SPICE.
- Communication and coordination skills with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical knowledge and experience regarding ISO 26262, A-SPICE, and AutoSAR.
- Experience with system modeling using SysML.
- Experience in managing the Change Review Board (CCB) and leading impact analyses.
- Experience in triage operation, analysis, and close process management in defect management.
- Practical experience in traceability management (requirements-design-test) based on ASPICE.
- Experience in implementing and operating development methodologies that involve process improvement, such as Agile development, Scrum, and DevOps.
- Experience in negotiating specifications and changes with OEMs (especially in the automotive sector).
- Those who can participate in meetings and reviews in English.
- Lead/coordinator experience in the functional safety or process improvement area.
