スキル・資格
• プロジェクト計画、タイムライン、予算を策定し、それに基づいてリソースを割り当てる。
• 開発者チームを管理し、プロジェクトの開始から終了までを監督する。
• チームがソフトウェア開発のベストプラクティスに従うことを確認し、業界の新しいトレンドや技術に関する最新の知識を維持する。
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Manage a team of developers and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
• Ensure that the team follows best practices in software development, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the industry.
業務内容
• コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号または修士号。
• アプリケーション開発の経験が5年以上あり、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験が2年以上あること。
• Web開発、データベース、Java、Python、.NETなどのプログラミング言語における高い技術力。
• インフラ、データセンター、ネットワークのPMは役に立たないので採用しません。私たちの世界は、アプリケーション開発が中心なのです。
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong technical skills in web development, databases, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
