• 自動車部品開発プロセスに関する基礎知識

• 高い対人能力
• グローバル思考スキル、日本文化や商習慣に関する知識

• At least 5 years' experience as an engineer in the automotive and automotive components industry (especially foreign experience preferred)
• Project leading and coordination skills
• Application or development engineering experience, e.g. water/oil pumps
• Education: university degree or above (engineering) or equivalent
• Languages: English, Japanese Communication skills in Japanese and English, English at TOEIC 600 level or above
• Basic knowledge of automotive component development processes

• サーマルマネジメントコンポーネントのアプリケーションエンジニア
• 主にJOEM（日系自動車会社）向けの顧客・開発業務、
• JOEM（日系自動車会社）向け開発業務を中心に、顧客や社内関連部署（グローバル）とのインターフェース業務。
• JOEM向け開発プログラムの量産立ち上げに向けた活動
• JOEM開発体制に基づく顧客との連携、開発課題解決活動。
• (開発者との連携：試作、評価、パッケージング調整）。
• 顧客動向の調査・分析・報告
• Application engineering for thermal management components
• Customer and development work mainly for JOEM (Japanese automotive companies),
• Interface with customers and relevant internal departments (global), mainly in development work for JOEM (Japanese automotive companies).
• Activities towards the start-up of mass production of development programmes for JOEM
• Cooperation with customers based on the JOEM development system and activities to solve development issues.
• (cooperation with developers: prototyping, evaluation, coordination of packaging)
