Candidate Requirements
-The successful candidate must be fully fluent in Japanese and possess business-level proficiency in English.
-2~3 years in Human Resources experiences in hotel industry, or experienced in hotel industry in management level.

This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration support, job postings, and applicant tracking. The position plays a key role in supporting employee engagement and fostering positive employee relations.
A strong understanding of Japanese labor laws is essential to ensure compliance and support the recruitment and retention of top talent within the organization.
