[Responsibilities]:

Conduct workshops and discussions with Japanese business users to gather requirements.

Analyze and document business processes for Life Insurance products.

Prepare functional specifications for web, backend, Salesforce, and COTS applications.

Work with designers, architects, and developers to deliver business requirements.

Demonstrate the product, collect feedback, and suggest improvements.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Understand product features and support process automation.

Ensure solutions meet Japanese insurance regulations.

Manage requirements throughout the project.

Support change management and prepare training materials in Japanese and English.

[Requirements]

JLPT N2 or above.

Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).

5 10 years of IT experience.

Experience in the Life Insurance domain.

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Ability to work with Product Owners, Business/IT teams, and onsite/offshore teams.

Experience with policy administration, claims, customer management, or insurance operations.

Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in application transition and stabilization.

DevOps knowledge.

Security vulnerability management.

Experience with batch processing, system integrations, or legacy modernization projects.
