Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead AI projects from planning through delivery and manage cross-functional teams. The role requires strong project management, leadership, and communication skills in a bilingual Japanese-English environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, and deliverables.
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders in Japanese and English.
- Identify project risks and coordinate solutions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, preferably with AI/technology projects.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Language Requirements: Fluent Level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
