Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build AI solutions for automotive systems, industrial equipment, gaming platforms, and public infrastructure.
- Develop intelligent AI applications by integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and other modern AI technologies.
- Develop, integrate, test, optimise, and maintain AI software components to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Prepare software design documents and technical specifications.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design activities.
- Troubleshoot and optimise applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in C and/or C++.
- Experience developing applications in Windows environments.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
- Experience creating software design documents and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and technologies.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, or multimodal AI.
- Experience with software testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and code quality best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English.
Language Proficiency: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) and Business Level English.
