Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze technical requirements from customers.
- Clarify requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Prepare basic design documents in Japanese.
- Coordinate with the offshore development team in India
- Explain technical requirements and specifications to offshore members.
- Support technical issue resolution and troubleshoot challenges.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure requirements are properly addressed.
- Participate in meetings with Japanese customers and internal teams.
- Support communication between Japanese stakeholders and the offshore team.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in requirements definition and/or basic design
- Ability to create and understand technical/design documents in Japanese
- Strong technical understanding of software development concepts
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java is preferred.
- Hands-on Java development experience is not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and technical architecture is required
- English: Conversational communication and reading/writing skills sufficient for collaboration with an offshore India team
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Language Skill: Businrss level Japanese (JLPT N2) and business level English
