DePuy Synthesの各事業部の営業・教育活動を円滑かつ効率的に推進するため、社内外の関係者と連携し、各種オペレーションおよび事務業務を担う。チームの一員として、業務の効率化・標準化を推進し、事業本部組織全体の生産性向上に貢献する。※セパレーションに伴い、業務内容に一部変更が加わることがあります。

Key Responsibilities 主な職務内容:

• 営業・教育サポート業務
  • 活動業務に関連した資材・備品の手配、管理
  • 営業活動に必要な各種事務処理
  • 各種規制・コンプライアンスに基づいた営業活動のサポート
  • 営業からの各種問い合わせ対応
  • 顧客・代理店対応（問い合わせ対応、調整業務）
• システム・データ管理
  • CRM/各種社内システムへのデータ入力・更新
  • レポート作成、データ集計・分析サポート
  • ツール運用
• イベント・プロジェクト支援
  • 学会・イベントの運営サポート
  • 社内外関係者との調整・進行管理
  • 成果物の回収・管理
• オペレーション改善
  • 業務プロセスの効率化・標準化の提案・推進
  • ITツールや外部委託の活用による生産性向上

Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications 求める経験・スキル・資格など:

経験

• 営業サポート／営業事務または関連業務の経験
• プロジェクトや業務改善に関わった経験（尚可）

スキル

• コミュニケーション力（社内外調整）
• 業務遂行力（正確性・スピード）
• Excel / PowerPoint 等の基本的PCスキル
• データ管理・レポート作成能力

知識（あれば尚可）

• CRM / ERPなどの業務システム
• 医療業界・製品知識
• コンプライアンス（HCC等）

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
