Business Analyst

Appealing Points:

• Drive business process transformation by analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing future-state solutions.
• Play a key role in solution delivery by gathering requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring business needs are successfully implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while gaining exposure to Identity & Access Governance, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale transformation projects.

Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Documenting current-state processes and helping to design improved future-state processes.
• Identifying gaps between current process and Saviynt capabilities to design optimal solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for customer experience enhancement.
• Identifying, collecting, and documenting functional and technical requirements for applications.
• Co-ordinating with platform owners, application owners, IT teams and business users.
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Validating the implemented solution meets business requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven ability to quickly integrate into an established project team as a contractor and contribute effectively from day one.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• User story writing and requirement documentation experience.
• The ability to understand a project vision and drive process modernisation and redefinition in line with that vision.
• The ability to analyse, decompose and clearly articulate an IT process, business process or new process requirement.
• The ability to both clearly capture existing process but also suggest process improvements.
• Ability to network across the organisation at all levels and reach out to mine information and process from other areas.
• Ability to delve into data to analyse it and interpret it.
• Critical thinking
• First class written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Understanding of Identity and Access Governance good to have but not essential.
• Experience working with Saviynt is also good to have but not essential.
• A solid understanding of Agile approaches to requirements capture and documentation.
• Ability to construct basic SQL queries and interpret results.

Langauge Required: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
