Role summary

You will work closely with business leaders across the world, provide your unique voice and perspective, and help cultivate knowledge, insights and best practices for delivering exceptional client service and marketplace wins. Your core focus will be to work with stakeholders on embedded roles to enable business decisions by leveraging data analytics and reporting.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide senior leadership with actionable data insights to plan and invest in high-growth areas.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports that communicate critical business indicators.
  • Curate reports that provide a holistic view of business pipeline and revenue.
  • Aggregate insightful data by sourcing the required information from internal and external sources.
  • Manage content for client databases, websites and SharePoint site.
  • Identify existing processes for refinement using digital platforms, automation tools and analytics.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Job qualification

  • MS Office — Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Expert/ Intermediate level experience in Power BI
  • Expert/ Intermediate level experience in Alteryx
  • Expert/ Intermediate level experience in Power Query, PowerApps and Power Automate
  • SharePoint Management
  • Strong Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Understanding of ARD/ MDM, Factiva, OneSource, Company Infogator, BoardEx

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • Experience of interacting with geographically dispersed professionals strongly preferred
  • Extensive reporting experience, knowledge of standard metrics and KPIs
  • Understanding of business research or data interpretation and analysis concepts
  • Understanding of Project Management concepts and experience working on non-IT projects
  • Professional services industry experience, or internal or external client-serving experience preferred
