スキル・資格
• BAは、BRD（ビジネス要求文書）、SRS（システム要求仕様書）などの成果物を作成できる必要があります。
• トレジャリー製品の導入経験が必要です。
• 顧客の商品・サービスおよび金融サービス業界に関する深い知識
• 複数のエンド・ツー・エンドのシステム開発ライフサイクル、すなわちウォーターフォール型、反復型、その他最新のソフトウェア開発アプローチや変換方法論に関する高度な知識
• 目的指向開発またはその他の関連技術におけるアプリケーション開発で使用されるツール、技術、原則に関する高度な知識
• 統一モデリング言語（UML）、ユースケースなどによるビジネスモデリングと要件定義に精通していること。
• 品質管理手法、ツール、技術に精通していること
• 社内外の顧客に対して高いレベルの顧客満足を構築する優れた顧客サービススキル
• 組織内の様々なレベルの技術的および非技術的な聴衆（経営幹部、管理職、個人貢献者など）に対する優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションスキル
• 関連する技術および/または業界の知識や専門知識を、他のリソースと進んで共有できる

• The BA should be able to produce deliverable documents such as BRD (business requirement document) , SRS (system requirement specification), etc.
• Operations or support people will not be considered (they have to have treasury product implementation experience)
• In-depth knowledge of client products and services and the financial services industry
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
業務内容
• ビジネスコンサルタントは、トレジャリーおよびリスク管理機能、資本市場全般について十分な理解を持っている必要があります。また、Murex、Calypso、Charles River、Quantum、Integrityなど、少なくとも1つのベンダー製品を導入した経験が必要です。
• これはオペレーション業務ではありません。ビジネスアナリシス、要件収集、製品実装、アジャイル手法の経験をお持ちの方は考慮の対象となります。
• The business consultant should have a good understanding of Treasury and Risk Management functions and Capital Markets in general. Additionally, the consultant must have implemented atleast 1 vendor product like Murex, Calypso, Charles River, Quantum, Integrity, etc.
• This is not an operations role. Candidates who have business analysis, requirements gathering, product implementation and agile methodology experience will be considered.
