Business Development Executive (fluent in CHINESE or JAPANESE)

The Business Development Executive position at Machinio.com is critical to the growth of the company. As a Business Development Executive in our China team, you will work in the business development team for our advertising platform (Machinio.com) to establish new client relationships, negotiate partnerships/memberships, generate new sales, close new deals and collaborate with a team of A-players on growing our Chinese market. We're innovating a multi-generational $400 BILLION dollar industry. The experience you obtain at Machinio in 3 months is worth more than experience you'd obtain in 1 year anywhere else! Responsibilities:

  • Establish new relationships with business owners and C-level executives, must be comfortable with a large volume of cold calling to create opportunities.
  • Close sales memberships, new deals and generate new revenue.
  • Comply with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the business development team and other teams to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with a team of A-players on growing our European market

Requirements:

  • Fluent CHINESE or JAPANESE
  • Fluent in ENGLISH (required)
  • Drive, motivation and proactiveness to LEARN
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in learning analytical and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused and problem-solving attitude

Compensation (fully discussed on the 2nd step of the interview process):

  • Base salary
  • Generous commission structure

Our Interview Process:

  • Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Director of Operations to get to know you, your background and tell you about us!
  • Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with our Senior Business Development Executives, to discuss the role in depth and partake in an assessment.
  • Step 3 - Final interview with one of our Senior Directors.
