■主な職務内容
・定義された調達品目に対し、タイムリーな供給、コスト削減、品質確保、サービス水準向上を目的とした調達戦略を策定・実行する。
・サプライヤーの選定、育成、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理を含む調達プロセス全体をリード。
・主要サプライヤーとの関係を管理し、納期・品質・契約遵守の確保を推進。
・市場調査や業界動向分析を行い、新たな調達機会やリスクを特定。
・エンジニアリング、品質、プロジェクト管理などの関連部門と連携し、調達活動が事業要件と整合するよう調整。
・サプライチェーン全体の継続的改善を推進し、効率性向上とコスト削減を実現。
・関連法規および社内規程に基づき、コンプライアンスを遵守。
・日立エナジーの価値観(安全と誠実)に基づき、責任ある行動を徹底。

■応募要件
・工学、産業工学、または経営学等の学士以上。
・3年以上の業務経験。
・日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力(他言語があれば尚可)。

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for defined material groups within the service business unit to achieve availability on time, cost savings, quality, and service level objectives.

2. You will lead the procurement process for defined material groups, including identifying and selecting and developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.

3. You will manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual terms.

4. You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and project management to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements.

6. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

7. You will ensure compliance with Hitachi Power Grids policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

8. Living Hitachi energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. Degree/master’s required: bachelor's degree or above or equivalent in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

2. Years of experience required: more than 3 years of working experience.

3. Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.
