Assistant Manager – Club InterContinental Lounge

ANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Club InterContinental Lounge, located on the 35th floor of the hotel.

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your Front Office or Guest Services experience while overseeing the overall lounge operation and supporting team management in one of Japan's largest Club InterContinental Lounges.

Often described as a “hotel within a hotel,” the Club InterContinental Lounge is a unique and exclusive space that combines Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Concierge services. It provides a highly personalized experience for our guests and serves as a key touchpoint for many of our VIP and returning guests from around the world.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional and personalized service while developing your leadership and management skills in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights

Support the overall operation of the Club InterContinental Lounge as an Assistant Manager.
Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Lounge Manager, overseeing daily operations and providing leadership to the team.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Deliver personalized concierge and guest relations services.
Train, coach, and develop team members while managing schedules and daily operations.
Maintain and enhance service standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with other Rooms Division departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at a general administrative/business level.
Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese is preferred.
Strong team player with the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
Minimum 3 years of guest service and leadership experience within a hotel Rooms Division.

Working Hours

Working hours vary depending on the restaurant operation.
7.5 working hours per day (excluding break time).
Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
