• Implement Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential
• Implement and execute Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness plans to deliver a variety of courses, including new hire orientation, product training, sales effectiveness, etc. to the sales teams
• Track sales performance as it relates to training program effectiveness
• Contribute to the development and/or selection of training materials and identification and tracking of training needs of staff members
