業務内容

• 日本市場向けの事業開発戦略の立案・実行
• 鉄道会社・旅行関連企業などの主要パートナーおよびサプライヤーの新規開拓・提携推進
• チケット商品拡充に向けた契約交渉および契約締結
• 既存パートナーとの関係構築・リレーションシップマネジメント
• チケット販売におけるオンライン販売チャネル戦略の立案・運用、および社内関係部署と連携した販売施策・キャンペーンの最適化
• 市場動向や顧客データの分析を通じた新たなビジネス機会の発掘
• マーケティング、SNS、プロダクト、海外キャンペーンチームなどの関連部署と連携し、事業目標の達成を推進
• 担当市場における売上目標の設定・達成
• 上海本社チームとの定期的なコミュニケーションおよびプロジェクト推進

応募資格

• 事業開発（Business Development）の実務経験5年以上
• 日本の鉄道業界または旅行業界における豊富なネットワーク・人脈をお持ちの方
• 売上目標の達成実績、およびパートナーシップ構築・拡大の実績をお持ちの方
• 日本のアウトバウンド・インバウンド市場に関する知識と市場理解をお持ちの方
• 高い交渉力・コミュニケーション能力・プレゼンテーション能力
• 自律的に業務を推進し、変化の速い環境で複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理できる方
• データ分析に基づいて課題やビジネスチャンスを発見・提案できる方
• 変化の速いビジネス環境に柔軟に対応できる方
