業務内容

• 日本市場における決済サービス（Acquiring・Payment）の提携先開拓・アライアンス推進、およびプロジェクトの企画から導入・運用開始までのプロジェクトマネジメント
• 日本向け決済チャネルのコスト構造（カードブランド手数料、チャージバック費用、ゲートウェイ費用、加盟店手数料、クロスボーダー関連コストなど）の分析・管理、およびコスト最適化・ROI向上の推進
• 日本の決済市場に関するリサーチ（決済手段、PSP、アクワイアラー、決済事業者など）および競合分析、市場動向・ユーザー決済行動の分析
• 日本市場における法令・規制・コンプライアンス・精算業務を踏まえた決済スキーム、資金フロー、口座構成、オペレーションフローの設計・構築
• 営業、マーケティング、データ分析、プロダクト、財務、税務、法務、コンプライアンスなど社内関連部署と連携し、日本市場向け決済プロジェクトを推進
• グローバル拠点および外部パートナーと連携し、日本市場における決済パフォーマンスおよびユーザー体験の向上を推進
• 顧客からの問い合わせ、決済エラー、精算差異、不正取引モニタリングなどの課題について、社内外関係者と連携し迅速に対応
• 日本市場に関する決済関連の各種プロジェクト・業務改善施策への参画

応募資格

• 大学卒業以上（金融、Eコマース、情報工学、数学などの関連分野歓迎）
• 決済業界またはクロスボーダー決済業界での実務経験5年以上
• 日本市場向け決済ビジネスの経験をお持ちの方歓迎
• 国際カードブランド（Visa・Mastercard等）のルール、アクワイアリング、クロスボーダー決済、各種決済手段（APM）、FinTechに関する知識をお持ちの方
• PSP（決済代行会社）、アクワイアラー、加盟店契約などの実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎
• 日本の決済市場（主要決済サービス・市場動向・ユーザーの決済行動）に関する知識をお持ちの方
• ビジネス開発、ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝、プロダクト理解に優れ、主体的に業務へ取り組める方
• 決済最適化、チャージバック対応、決済コスト管理、トランザクションルーティング、不正対策に関する知識・経験をお持ちの方
• データ分析力を活かし、決済成功率・コンバージョン率の改善やコスト分析に取り組める方
• 論理的思考力、課題解決力、実行力をお持ちの方
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（中国語ができる方歓迎）
• 日本での留学・就業経験、または日本市場向け業務の経験をお持ちの方歓迎
