スキル・資格
• ERP/SAP移行と技術的アドバイザーの経験
• OTC/SAP SDモジュールの経験
• ERP発注管理/発注フルフィルメント/請求/iDocに関する知識
• 変革プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理、大規模ワークストリーム、またはプロジェクトリーダーの経験
• Experience in ERP/SAP transformation, and technical advisory
• Experience in OTC/SAP SD module
• Knowledge of ERP Order management/Order fulfillment/Billing/ iDoc.
• Experience in Project Management, Large Workstream, or Project Lead in a transformational project
業務内容
• SAPビジネス機能の対象分野のエキスパートとして、関係者の関与を促進し、ユーザー・トレーニング、UAT、本番運用開始、システムの安定化をサポート
• コンサルタントの役割のテストを支援
• Polaris導入チームと協力して、スーパーユーザーのトレーニングおよびエンドユーザーのトレーニングを支援
• 本番運用開始後も業務プロセスの運用を継続的にサポート
• 日本カスタマーサービス担当者にSAP機能サポートを提供
• 機能サポートには、SAP SDモジュール、さまざまなエコシステムとの統合など（これらに限定されません）
• Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP business functions to promote stakeholder engagement and support user trainings, UAT, go-live, and system stabilization.
• Assist in the testing of consultant roles.
• Engage with Polaris deployment team to assist in super user training, and end user training.
• Support business process operation continuously execution after post go-live
• Provide SAP function support to Japan Customer Service Rep..
• Function support would include SAP SD module, Integration with various Eco system, but not limited.
