Creative Production Manager - Pokémon GO
The Pokémon GO Marketing team is seeking a Creative Production Manager to drive growth through comprehensive Marketing strategies across both owned channels and paid media. This role will lead the production of a robust pipeline of all organic assets, spanning across website & email design, brand assets for seasonal and live event activations, infographics, static and video social content.
A key focus of this role is creating and leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows to scale creative production, improve efficiency, and enhance asset quality. The Creative Production Manager will play a central role in identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions across the creative pipeline.
This role will work closely with our brand counterparts, keeping Pokémon GO Brand Guidelines up-to-date and ensuring all creative assets uphold high quality standards. To deliver quality at scale, this position will leverage advanced AI tools to plan, test, and expand a custom Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and other operational workflows. This role collaborates with artists, agencies, and other creative professionals to integrate learnings and strategies required for successful marketing campaigns.
