HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
As the Intern, Customer Engagement Hilton Supply Management (HSM) – Japan, Korea and Micronesia (JKM), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Support business development and account management activities within the Supply Management team, serving as a bridge between customers and suppliers
Conduct market research, benchmarking exercises, and data collection and analysis to support customer engagement initiatives and drive productivity improvements
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, customer proposals, and internal communication materials
Support the analysis of customer spend data and supplier data, and assist in the development of reports and business insights
Assist with the maintenance, administration, and effective utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data
Support supplier and catalog registration, data maintenance, and administration activities within procurement and ordering systems
Leverage Generative AI to improve operational efficiency and support workflow development and process enhancement initiatives
Identify business challenges, recommend process improvements, and support the execution of related projects

サプライマネジメント部門の事業開発サポート業務
市場調査、各種データ収集・分析
営業資料、提案資料、社内向け資料作成のサポート
顧客の支出データの分析、レポート作成のサポート
サプライヤーからのデータ収集・分析、それをもとにしたレポート作成
CRM（顧客管理システム）のデータ登録・メンテナンス、活用の推進
受発注システムのセットアップ、データ登録・メンテナンス
生成AIを活用した業務効率化や業務フローの構築・改善
業務課題の発見、改善提案およびプロジェクト推進

You have these minimum qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Able to work approximately 2–3 days per week, subject to discussion
It would be useful if you have:
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) highly desirable
