What is the Job all about?

This job will be responsible for overseeing and developing its team in designated service delivery support areas, ensuring optimized performance and effective coordination of service delivery functions.

You will be reporting to the Head of Service & Solutions Japan and will be assigned to work in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service team, focusing on optimizing individual and collective performance. This involves setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and facilitating professional development.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service delivery activities from receiving service requests to executing billing for services rendered by utilizing in-house automated systems. This responsibility includes overseeing the extraction and analysis of management reports for strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs of all service activities in the ticketing system, ensuring they are updated, monitored, and concluded efficiently. This includes authority over the workflow and prioritization of service tickets to meet and exceed service standards.
  • Develop and maintain a team of highly skilled customer service professionals. Promote robust relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison to address operational and support issues. This role involves strategic partnership development and conflict resolution to support business activities.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical or engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in handling people within a team environment that employs ERP systems for its operations.
  • Solid working knowledge of operational processes, from receiving service requests to executing billing for services rendered.
  • Required proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
